in the early 1960's in Balham Gateway to the South, the
beginning of the Hippy era. this period gave him his wanderlust
and love
for Country and Folk Music. |
He
got his first guitar for
his tenth birthday present and it was not long before Marc was
turning out a tune and by the time he was thirteen Marc was out
busking and playing in the club tents at the Cambridge Folk
Festival, and getting sessions in various Folk Clubs in the
South East. |
After
3 years on the road, in his late teens, Marc based himself in
Amsterdam and began studying the new wave of Country
Music that
developed from the eighty's onward and writing Country songs
with an European point of view. |
